Rules for the advertising diffusion
On the Website www.lagodigardacamping.comThese rules govern advertising through messages, information, texts, pictures and photos (hereinafter referred to as Advertising) on the website specified above owned by Lagodigardacamping S.r.l.
The purpose of the information dissemination through the website is to foster and develop knowledge of our associated companies and the Lake Garda area to encourage tourism and holiday stays
Advertising is performed both on the "home page" and on inside pages of the website in question and shall be handled according to the procedures/spaces/frequency freely chosen by the company, or according to separate agreements with the various Advertisers
Requests for Advertising, or release of express authorization for Advertising, entail the following obligations:
all copyrights related to the Advertising are fully available
the contents of the Advertising are lawful and comply with all laws and regulations concerning advertising
its contents do not infringe third parties’ rights
Lagodigardacamping S.r.l. has to be indemnified or held harmless from any claim for damages by anyone arising from the Advertising commission
it shall take any step for the purpose of holding Lagodigardacamping S.r.l. harmless from actions and/or judicial and/or out-of-court claims brought against the latter and directly tied to the Advertising
it shall give its consent to processing of personal data in compliance with privacy law for the purposes related to management of this relationship and any related obligation
