My Profile Travel Board
Click on the "Login" button in the menu at the top right of the site and follow the instructions to create a new account by entering your name, surname, email address. You will need to create a new password in order to access your reserved area whenever you want. Alternatively, you can choose to log in via your Facebook profile or your Google account.
Inside your Reserved Area, click on the blue button on the right to access the profile section. You can change your personal information, your password or your email address at any time.
Access the Reserved Area where the travel board you created with your profile appears. In order to cancel it, click on the three dots at the bottom right of the box, select "Delete travel board" and confirm your choice. This action is not reversible.
Travel Boards allow you to save experiences and accommodations that interest you.

Make a reservation
By consulting the online booking on the portal, you will be able to compare the accommodation offers of all the Lagodigardacamping camping villages.
If the holiday solution you have chosen is available, the "BOOK" button will appear and by filling in the form with all the requested data you will be able to complete the booking.
If, on the other hand, the accommodation you have chosen is not immediately available, you can continue by submitting a request using the "REQUEST" button. The campsite will answer you confirming availability or not, or suggesting alternative solutions.
Refunds and Cancellations
The cancellation terms are different for each camping village.
While filling out the booking or request form, you will be able to consult the appropriate section dedicated to the cancellation policy of the selected facility.
Payments
At the time of the reservation, you will be asked to pay the deposit, which can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer.
In some exceptional cases, such as for short-term bookings, the booking confirmation can also take place without a deposit request.
The reservation represents a direct transaction between the user and the selected camping village.
The balance of the reservation will be paid directly at the time of the holiday, at check-in or at check-out.
